Currently I act as CEO of Combient AB.

Previously I were Managing Director Ericsson Global Services India Ltd. and Head of Global Services Center India. In this role I managed operations in the areas of R&D, product development, pre-sales & sales support and services delivery. I was responsible for this operation since the start going through every phase from strategy, planning, implementation and to the current execution. When I left it was a company with 16.000+ employees which had grown with more than 1000% since the start 4.5 years ago. I were employed by Ericsson 2007. Before the last assignment I have had several senior roles in BU Global Services including Head of Strategy, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Business Management and Commercial Management. 

Before that I were with IBM for almost 8 years and had several leading positions for example Business Unit manager both in Sweden and in the Nordic Region as well as Global Delivery Manager in India. I belonged to IBM’s senior leadership development program ‘Adept’ which covered IBM’s top 50 future senior leaders. Before joining IBM, I had 9 years of IT experience at various leading positions in Digital and Compaq. Prior to joining IBM, I were Managing Director for Compaq System Services AB in Sweden.
